First Download JAF + Pkey Emulator from HERE

STEPS
1. Connet your phone and select PC SUITE mode
2. Open Pkey emulator and click on GO
3. Goto to BB5 tab and in service frame click on USER CODE EDIT check box and then click on SERVICE button on top right
4. Now a new dialog will open there click on read
5. AND YOUR PASSWORD IS THERE IN TEXTBOX

TESTED with NOKIA 2690, C2, C1
