Can't connect to internet using your Nokia Phone ?!!!
Irritated when you connect your phone to pc and start bluetooth personal area net work or nokia pc suite and get some error like
* subscribe to packet data first
* temporary network problem , etc
then sometimes these are the result of misconfiguration of your phone
some points to check out before you call customer care
1.Check that you have selected right settings in configuration
2.goto connectivity>packet data>access point
check that you have select right access point
some access point
BSNL -> bsnlnet
IDEA -> internet
TATA DOCOMO -> TATA DOCOMO INTERNET (plz comment other APNs so that i can post here thanks)
now after these checks try again and if not able to connect to internet then call CUSTOMER CARE
(plz comment any other troubleshooting steps so that i can post here) anddddd
